What are your delivery charges?

International shipping:

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $200 USD.

How do I exchange item?

Please email playbagofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with your full name and order number, and state the reason for the exchange and the alternate item(s) you would like exchange instead. Please note that we do not reimburse shipping cost for exchanged item(s).

What is your return policy?

If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, just ship back to us in brand new condition with 7 days of your purchase. Please note we don't not offer refunds, or exchanges on SALE items.

Email: playbagofficial@gmail.com with your full name, order number and reason of return. You will be notified by email once the transaction has taken place.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note, if after refund the total amount of your order is not over $200USD, shipping cost will occur.

Can you expedite shipping?

At this time, we only offer standard express shipping. Please note that it usually takes 1-2 business day for orders to process and get out to courier. For International shipping, your order may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
